In order to reach your weight loss goals it all comes down to consistency and sticking to your workout and diet.
If you are erratic and inconsistent then there is a good chance that you are not going to reach your goals.
But to be consistent with working out and dieting you have to be consistent in other areas of your life.
I have had some clients who’s lives are all over the place and everything in their life is inconsistent and erratic.
These people never do as well as the people who are consistent with everything in their life and have structure to their days.
You can’t be all over the place with everything in your life then all of a sudden have structure and be consistent when it comes to working out and dieting.
However it is much easier to be structured in life and in turn your workout and dieting.
For example a person who is consistent and structured will:
- get up at the same time every morning
- go to sleep at the same time every night
- eat at the same time every day
- generally eat the same kind of foods
- workout same time of day
- generally have daily and weekly routines that they follow.
This type of person is more likely to succeed than someone who follows none of these rules
