A lot of times when people come to me for help losing weight its not that they necessarily eat bad foods…its just that they eat too much food period.
Even if it is lower calorie or less calorie dense food, you can still overdo it and not lose weight, although it is much more difficult.
Foods like lean sources of protein and fibrous vegetables.
You actually have to eat a lot of these foods and most of the time you can eat until you are satisfied and still lose weight.
But you can still overdo it with these foods.
This is why I will tell clients:
-eat 2-3meals/day
-use a small plate
-do not eat until full
-watch your fat intake
It a person is to follow these 4 rules and just eat lean protein and produce there is a very good chance that they will lose weight.
