I was having a discussion with one of my clients the other day. She is a long term client that has been with me for about 3 years.
She recently gained back about 15 pounds and has been sitting stagnant for a while. We were discussing how if you want to lose weight it really is black or white.
You just can’t do half of it, or diet 4 days of the week. You really got to be in or out or you are not going to make it.
I have wrote about this before but I think it’s very important to go over this fact.
You can’t attack a weight loss program half assed.
You either do it or you don’t.
There is no middle ground.
Give yourself 90 days and do your weight loss routine 100%.
You will be happy you did…you can bet on it.
